 Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexology is the prefect session when your not in a position to treat your whole body.  Specific points are said to reflect back to your internal organs. This  treatment is said to induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments. Weather your fighting cancer or just had a long day on your feet this session will make you feel like your walking on air.

This massage uses a selection of therapeutic herbs, such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass – which are wrapped in a muslin cloth and tied into a ball. The ball full of healing herbs is then steamed gently and applied to your body in mild pressing, circular and rolling movements. This session will focus all the attention on your Neck, Shoulders, Scalp, arms and forehead. Using natural essential oils that help balance your scalps PH and bring blood flow to your head, neck and shoulders. Hot towels and arnica will be used to enhance this treatment. Mild Stretching and a firm application of massage to the upper traps and scapula. Use of Thumper Massager may be used at the end of this session for an added modality of relief to muscles.
